GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SEGWAY ACTIVITY

1. At all times the participant will follow and respect each and every one of the indications of the Monitors.

2. The company is not responsible for the deterioration or loss of the personal effects of the participants.

3. It is totally forbidden to participate in the proposed activities under any influence of alcohol and / or drugs. The intake of such substances before or during activities is explicitly prohibited.

4. Adequate physical and mental conditions will be required for the practice of this activity.

5. The company cannot be held responsible for incidents arising from the performance of this activity if the conditions of participation listed above are subject to false statements, non-compliance with safety regulations or in case of panic of one or more participants.

6. The company is not responsible for material and personal damages that participants may suffer for not respecting these rules.

7. Participants must be able to get on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical skills similar to going up and down stairs without assistance and without using a railing.

8. In some routes, it takes place within areas delimited as "Natural Park", in these cases the guide will indicate the entrance to these areas, that implies respecting the basic rules of the Park, such as:

 - Do not throw waste anywhere on the route

 - Do not set fire or throw cigarettes on the ground

 - Do not start any type of plant

 Failure to respect the safety rules may mean the termination of the same, without the return of any amount previously paid

I as a participant and / or parent or legal guardian of the participant, I have carefully read everything that is exposed in this document, and I certify my full consent with the terms of the same and ASSUME any responsibility for the possible consequences of my misuse of the activities and / or non-respect for the safety regulations reflected in this document and / or any fall that occurred during the tour. Therefore, I EXEMPT THE COMPANY or any of its personnel, on any responsibility in relation to personal, material, injury or death that may occur to me for not respecting the safety conditions marked.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

€70 will be charged for management fees when:

 - The reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the reservation.

 - When participants do not show up on time or arrive with a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice.

 - If it is canceled for any reason of force majeure, this must be justified with the corresponding official documentation.

WEATHER CONDITIONS.

The activity can be done with wind, rain or sun. And the activity cannot be carried out with heavy rain with lightning and thunder or in cases where there is a warning of danger from the meteorological service of Catalonia.
